Scope of Work: The Scope of Work will be defined in the specific Project Proposal or Invoice provided to the Client. Any work requested outside of this scope will be considered a "Change Order" and may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final design and prior to the delivery of files or work done.

Ownership & Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, the Designer grants the Client the right to use the final designs for their intended purpose.

Portfolio Rights: The Designer reserves the right to display the completed work in their professional portfolio and marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and branding assets in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or feedback may result in a rescheduled delivery date.

Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Designer will be compensated for all work completed up to the date of termination, and the deposit will be retained as a kill fee.
